Rituals are available from 09:00 am - 10:00 pm daily
Earthly Delight program is available from 10:00 am - 18:00 pm daily
Pre-Arrival Information
Please try to arrive at Rei Wellness at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax and enjoy the full benefit of your ritual. A late arrival will result in a time reduction from your scheduled ritual.
Please avoid sunbathing, heavy eating and consuming alcohol prior to arriving at ReiWellness as this may reduce the pleasure of your experience.
Rei villa cater to the needs of individuals or couples.
We will provide you with disposable underwear, slippers, towels, shower facilities and a hair dryer for your comfort and convenience. To respect your privacy, our therapists have been trained to discreetly drape a cloth over your body during your ritual.
While it is not necessary for you to take out contact lenses during your ritual, we advise you to bring your case and solution to the rei wellness center just in case you feel any discomfort.
Cancellation Policy
- Should you need to change or cancel your rituals or program, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow us to reschedule your appointment. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Any cancellation received less than 12 hours in advance for the respective rituals or programs will incur a 50% charge of total service and no show will apply 100% charge of total service.
Refund
Rituals and memberships to Rei are non-refundable, no-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated.
Health Considerations
Before considering undertaking any ritual, please consult your health practitioner if you have any medical condition such as high blood pressure, a heart condition or any other serious medical complication. You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. Please advise our therapist or receptionist if you have any health issues or concerns.
Valuables
Jewellery and valuables may be placed in secured drawers in your villa. However, we recommend that no jewellery should be worn to the wellness center. The management at Rei accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought to rei wellness center.
Accident / Injury
ReiWellness will not be liable for any accident or injury suffered on premises by any member or guest.
Gift Certificate
Rei's gift certificates are available. Please ask our receptionist how to arrange a special ritual for a friend or loved one.
AGE LIMITATIONS
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the wellness facilities. Please do not leave children unattended in the reception of Rei Wellness.
NOTE FOR MEN
Men are advised not to shave for at least three hours before a facial.
NOTE FOR WOMEN
Women are required to remove all traces of make-up prior to any ritual and avoid shaving before a body exfoliation. All ritual are not appropriate for pregnant women. However, please ask our receptionist to advise what rituals are considered safe to experience during pregnancy.
PAYMENT
Rei Wellness accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Amex, MasterCard and JCB. All rates are charged in US dollars and already inclusive of 21% government and service change. Additional gratuities are subject to your discretion.
PROHIBITED
Photography and smoking in and around Rei Wellness center are strictly prohibited.
